CSV & Excel Format Guide

Required Columns
  • sku_id: Your internal unique product or variant code (or Shopify Variant SKU).
  • product_title: Name of the product (or Shopify Title).
  • my_current_price: Baseline catalog price (or Shopify Variant Price).
Optional & Automated Sync Columns
  • product_url: Live Product Page URL. If specified, PriceTracker will automatically scrape and refresh your own product prices periodically, keeping your comparison dashboard accurate without needing manual re-uploads.
  • currency: 3-letter currency code (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP). If omitted, existing SKU currency is preserved or defaults to USD.
  • Vendor, Variant Barcode, Google Shopping / MPN: Shopify metadata columns recognized automatically.

💡 Raw Shopify product export CSVs (with headers Variant SKU, Title, Variant Price) can be uploaded directly without modification. Re-uploading merges and updates existing SKUs in place without deleting existing links.
